We created an ecosystem that brings together innovative companies, industry leaders, government partners, and emerging technologies to accelerate the development and deployment of advanced solutions across defense, infrastructure, energy, mining, healthcare, space, and other critical industries. Dan Geraci
Dan is currently the CEO and President of Critical Infrastructure Technologies (CIT), a growing consortium of technology companies and support services focused on the 16 critical infrastructure segments as defined by DHS. CIT is accelerating the delivery of bleeding edge technologies for the benefit of National Security. Prior to CIT, Dan was the President & CEO of FreeFall Aerospace, a developer of antennas for ground and space communications in Tucson. Prior to FreeFall, Dan was President of Voyager Space Services, a provider of business operating services to emerging space companies under Voyager Technologies. Dan has more than 40 years of operating experience as a C-suite executive in the securities and asset management industries. He has served as President and CEO of various investment firms, including President of Fidelity Investments Private Wealth Management Group, and other such roles in Boston, Toronto, and NYC. He has led a number of startups and turnarounds. He currently mentors startups (and grownups), and is an active member of the AZTC – Arizona Technology Council. Dan is also a supporter of the Fuse Accelerator and SW-MAC in Phoenix. He has spoken to numerous founder groups about the right, and wrong, ways to manage and lead a startup. Dan is currently a board member of Optimal Cities, LTD and COO of Optimal Cities, LLC, its US company. He is also Co-Founder and Chairman of Blue Marble Technologies, LLC, a water startup. Additionally, Dan serves on the Boards of Niket North America, LLC; Warga Industries; and GLNAD. A lifelong space enthusiast and amateur astronomer, Dan is a longtime member of The Planetary Society, the world’s largest space interest nonprofit founded by Carl Sagan, and has been Chairman of its Board for the past 20+ years. Over the years, Dan has served on a number of trade industry boards and non-profits in Boston, New York City, Toronto, and Connecticut. He currently lives in Tucson, AZ.
Alex Dely
Alex Dely serves as Chair of the Investment Board for Critical Infrastructure Technologies and is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Systems & Industrial Engineering Department at the University of Arizona. A retired RTX/Raytheon Missiles & Defense Contracts Manager with more than four decades of experience spanning government contracting, engineering, law, entrepreneurship, and technology commercialization, Alex has led or supported over $30 billion in U.S. government proposals and contracts across the defense, energy, homeland security, and critical infrastructure sectors. His expertise includes federal acquisition strategy, intellectual property, systems engineering, cybersecurity, venture development, and strategic investment in advanced technologies. Throughout his career, he has founded and led technology companies, taught engineering and quality systems at the university level, and served in leadership roles with organizations including IEEE, the Department of Homeland Security’s Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group, and numerous nonprofit organizations. Alex’s multidisciplinary background and commitment to innovation help guide CIT’s mission of accelerating critical technologies that strengthen national security, economic competitiveness, and resilient infrastructure.
Dylan Cota-Robles
Dylan Cota-Robles is the Vice President of Business Development at Critical Infrastructure Investments, where he focuses on strategic growth, partnerships, and project execution across complex infrastructure initiatives. He brings a strong background in program management, having led diverse teams and initiatives across multiple industries. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Dylan previously served eight years as a firefighter and paramedic with the Tucson Fire Department. His public safety experience shaped a results-driven, service-oriented approach that continues to inform his leadership style today.
Logan Fox
Logan Fox is the Project Manager at Critical Infrastructure Technologies, where he works on projects that help strengthen and improve essential infrastructure. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Logan graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Geography, which sparked his interest in environmental systems and sustainable planning. He’s especially interested in water conservation and finding practical ways to protect vital resources. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports.
